How to buy

1. Account

To order you must have an account. Use a correct e-mail address. You will receive by e-mail notifications about your account and orders. 

2. Shopping cart

For shoes, before adding the product into the shopping cart, please choose your shoe size. After that you can push the button “Adauga in cos” ("Add into the cart"). The final cost will include VAT and delivery taxes. Before we process your order we must check the order by e-mail.  

3. Schedule for processing orders

We can receive ordes at any time. Yet we process them from Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM). We don't process orders durring week-end and holiday. You can contact us at: comenzi@ilpasso.ro.

4. Delivery & payment

The delivery is made by courier. Each product is charged depending his weight. Now we deliver in Romania, but you can contact us for different requirements. The payment is made cash when the product is delivered to you by the courier. The package will be delivered to you in a few days or a week.
