How to buy?

Below you can find useful information about placing an order on our website.

1. Create an account

To order a product you must have an account. Click on “Login”, complete the data form and make sure these date are correct. You will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your client account. Once your account is activated you can register on the website with the user name and password set in the previous step.
Our recommendation is to use a valid e-mail address, the one you check it often. On this e-mail address you are going to receive notifications about the status of your orders and about the latest news on IL PASSO website. If you want to change the delivery address or to add a new one, you have this option in your account page, all you have to do is to register.

2. Shopping basket

To place a product in your shopping cart first is necessary to choose the color and the right shoe size. Once the product is selected, press “Add to cart” button, then you will be re-directed to the “Checkout Page”.
In the “Checkout Page” you can see the products you added to the cart and the final cost of your order. VAT is included in all the final prices. The final cost includes the cost of the products and delivery cost. Delivery cost will is automatically calculated when entering the county and the city.
You will receive an e-mail with the corresponding invoice, only after you finish placing the order. Before we send it via courier, you will receive the confirmation for the product you ordered via e-mail, whether or not it is on stock.
The order and the purchased product(s) represent the buyer’s consent of all the terms and conditions for using this website.

3. Processing orders schedule

We receive online orders at any time, but the processing orders schedule is Monday to Friday between 09.00h – 18.00h. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays, nor during any legal holidays. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail at comenzi@ilpasso.ro.
