Conditions for returning products

According to GEO 34/2014 on consumer protection taking into account the conclusion and execution of distance contracts: “The consumer is entitled to notify the trader in writing to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 days from receipt of the product or in case of services, from signing the contract”. If you want to return the purchased products, IL PASSO guarantees the return period provided by the law, 14 days from receipt of the product.

The direct costs of returning the products are paid by the buyer. He will not pay for transportation if the product comes with a manufacturing flaw or a wrong product, and the return will be covered by IL PASSO.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must complete the Return Form from your IL PASSO. website account.

If you want to change the product(s) with another color / size / model, please contact us in advance by e-mail at, where you should clearly specify the order number, your name and the product(s) you want to return.
Any product replacement can be made only on the stock. If the desired product is no longer on stock, you can choose another one and pay some possible price differences or we can return possible price differences to you.

The product(s) you want to change must be sent to us by courier that you agreed (except the Romanian Post) at: Iuliu Maniu Blvd., No. 105C, 6th District, Bucharest.

Any product that you will return should not be worn or damaged. The product must be accompanied by all the original labels and packaging (Law 249/2015, art. 16(8)). Please use protective packaging for any shipment, if possible the original one. We do not receive the product if it is scratched, damaged, doesn’t have intact labels or if lack the accessories. Return products are not accepted if they are worn or with any traces of wear.

If you do not want to change the product and it is just a simple return, we will give you back the value of the returned product by bank transfer using the IBAN account specified in the Return Form. The re-payment period for the value of the returned product(s) will be made in maximum 14 calendar days from the day when the returned product arrived the address mentioned above.

Careful! We do not receive returned parcels paid with cash. We only receive parcels for return or product(s) exchange whose transport payment was made by the sender (client).

Note: We reserve the right not to fulfill the orders made by persons who have paid more than 6 returns in the last 12 months of the current year.
